Full Reconstruction

Here is a patient where, due to advanced gum disease, we had to remove several teeth and reconstruct his bite.

Notice the large amounts of root exposed due to the gum disease

The patient had periodontal surgery before these were taken and his bone around his teeth was recontoured to make it more cleansable.  Our patient did an excellent job with his home care afterwards too.

Here is the final case photos.  The teeth are long, however, the bone loss required us to have longer teeth.  The lab did an excellent job characterizing the shape and the patient requested super white teeth.
