Hall Dental is out of network with all dental insurance providers, and we are happy to file claims on your behalf. We do not accept Medicaid.

Established patients.
We estimate your insurance benefits and collect your estimated patient portion at your visit. After insurance processes your claim and pays our office, we refund any overpayment or let you know about a remaining balance.
Routine new-patient care
Your first visit: 100 minutes · $400
Plan for 40 minutes with your dentist, followed by 60 minutes with your hygienist.
The $400 routine visit includes your new-patient exam, routine cleaning when appropriate, and bitewing X-rays. Your exam guides the hygiene care you need. Additional X-rays or more involved hygiene care may cost more; ask about the fee for any additional recommended care.
A $20 deposit reserves your visit and is applied toward the $400 total when you attend, leaving $380 due at your appointment. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel.

That depends on whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits and which services it covers. Your insurer can confirm your benefits, deductible, limits, and exclusions. An estimate is not a guarantee of payment.
How are my benefits and fees calculated?
Benefit estimates are not guarantees of payment. Our office fees are not adjusted to insurance fee schedules, so your plan may cover less than our fee. Review your out-of-network benefits with your insurer, or contact our office for help understanding the process.
Do you accept Medicaid?
No. Hall Dental does not accept Medicaid.
Do I need to file my own claim?
No. Our team files the insurance claim on your behalf for eligible out-of-network benefits. If you have a question about the process, please contact us.
