"This is my new dentist , I had an infected tooth that was extremely painful , I called around noon and they got me in to check it out at 2:00 the same day , needless to say my tooth was cracked and abscessed , the infection was the whole side of my left lower jaw , it needed to be pulled so a few shots of novacaine and out it came , the pressure relief I felt was instant , the entire office is very nice , clean and comfortable , all of the staff that I interacted with were polite and professional , I was impressed with the whole process from start to finish , two thumbs up ! I recently learned Hall Dental has a lab and makes crowns while you wait. Absolutely no shade to prior dentist offices I've worked with in the past, but this is the first place where I felt genuinely heard and not made to feel bad about any of my dental concerns/anxieties. They work very hard to make you feel comfortable both emotionally and physically, and it really means a lot. Also, the place is *gorgeous,* and there are screens on the ceiling (!) so you can watch soothing nature videos while they work on you. It's a hilarious but genuinely helpful touch. I recently had severe pain in my jaw and was able to see Dr. Alec Hall the morning I called. Several days later the pain moved to a specific tooth so I called the office and he got back to me within 15 minutes. He started me on an antibiotic and fit me into his packed schedule for a root canal. They are a family practice with small town charm and up to date procedures. There is a lot of wood-weathered barn wood on the ceilings and in places on the walls, and lovely modern, understated and tasteful artwork (done by Dr. Hall’s wife!) that contribute to making this the most UNclinical dental office I have ever visited. Blue glass tile and blue/gray/green decor make it a very calming environment. There is yacht-rock style music quietly playing in the background and every dental chair has screens to view lovely nature and other peaceful scenes while reclined. They even offer a pillow for your comfort. My husband and I have recently moved to this area and came from a great dental practice known for having all the most recent advancements in care. This office has all of that, too! The hygienists are great, gentle, and take their time. Even Dr. Hall, who happened to be covering for his son on the day I came in (his son is also a dentist in the practice), took a lot of time with me, explained what he thought I needed and why, and did some of the things other dentists leave to hygienists. Not only that, but he was extremely friendly and personable. We don’t routinely go to the dentist more than twice a year for cleanings, but this is my new dentist. We feel like we hit the goldmine with this one. I have been coming to this office for two years now and was truly impressed today with the level of service I received from Beth. This is the first cleaning I have had with her and I appreciated her focus on whole body health, her thoroughness, and the way she provided me with options based on personal preference to get the best cleaning possible. Vicky facilitated the appointment for me and was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. My experience from that point onward just kept getting better. Dr. Hall explained well what needed to be done, the procedure was absolutely comfortable and the staff in attendance exceptionally responsive to my needs. "Extremely accommodating and the kindest staff got me in quickly for tooth pain even as a new patient. When I later called in concerned over extreme pain they treated me right away at the office to keep me comfortable until I could get in to an endodontist for a root canal- which they found and scheduled for me less than 24 hours after the pain began!
