I was born in Terre Haute, Indiana but grew up in Daytona Beach, Florida. I started with Hall Dental back in 1991. Most of my training was on the job. I got my expanded dental assistant training from Lanier Tech and have taken numerous specialized courses over the years in dentures, partials, and sleep appliances, as well as implant restorations. I got into dentistry because I have the opportunity to work with patients one-on-one which can be very rewarding. There is a lot to do in dentistry, and I love that it makes my day so diverse!
I am married to my husband, Keith, who is a dental hygienist, and I have one daughter who is grown and works at a veterinary clinic and does dog agility. We have one pug. When I’m not at Hall Dental, I enjoy going for long walks or hiking, going to dog agility trials to watch my daughter compete and doing puzzles.
